All we can say is WOW! Our big party on December 13th was just incredible – thanks to YOU, our Boomers!!!
Boomers and friends who came out on the 13th were treated to a feast – a turkey dinner with tons of trimmings, gifts from a Secret Santa, a piano sing-along with Alex, desserts for days, and some of the warmest ambiance we’ve ever seen. So a huge thanks to you if you:
- cooked and shopped for the event
- organized gifts / wrapped presents
- offered drives for people
- made desserts / shared a family recipe
- showed up with a smile :-)
- made and prepared decorations
- helped clean up the place when we wrapped up
- what did I miss???
And don’t forget – the Drop-In reopens on January 10th, 2011, at 11:00 am as usual. So in the meantime, have a great little break and we so look forward to reconnecting with all of our Boomers in 2011. Keep well, stay safe, and Happy New Year!
